Illumine Career Centre is a soft-skill training and HR consultancy company incorporated in 2018 with a view to impart soft-skills to young graduates and to provide a range of other HR Consultancy services to prospective job seekers and employers alike.

Illumine shall focus on a practical approach and the classes shall be conducted by highly reputed faculty using cutting-edge techniques. Illumine intends to give its trainees a unique experience of learning skills in real-world scenarios unlike regular academic courses.

Illumine shall also cater corporates by providing them outsourced accounting and consultancy services in the ever-evolving finance and tax compliance fields.

Mr. Prakash Kulkarni is an extremely passionate educationist with... great communication skills and an expert in imbibing strong basics in the field of English and Geography.
His educational qualifications are M.A. (Eng.), M.A. (Geog.), M. Ed., M.U.R.P., PGDCE, PGDMC&J. He is a Winner of 2 Gold Medals (M.A. & B.A.) and Karnataka State Award (B. Ed.).
He has teaching experience of over 35 years. Thousands of students have benefited from classes conducted for all levels of academics - High School to Post Graduate, IAS, KAS, IBPS (Banking), LIC, etc. He is also a Guest Faculty for Teachers' Training Programs conducted by DSERT, DIET, DDPI and other private institutes all over Karnataka.
His other honours include being on the Panel of NTSE Interview conducted by DSERT, Bengaluru. He was also honoured as ‘Best Teacher’ by Lion’s Club, Ballari.

He is a co-founder of Illumine Career Centre Private Limited, a soft-skills training, HR Consultancy and financial consultancy firm based out of Talur Road, Ballari.
He is a director in Hillspeak Internet Private Limited which runs an ed-tech service under the brand of Revisewell Learner App. He also sits on the board of Horner Engineering India Private Limited, a subsidiary of US based Horner APG LLC.
Recently, along with a bunch of other professionals he has co-founded Artha Corporate Services Private Limited, which operates in the field of corporate financial accounting, tax consultancy, virtual CFO services, etc.

Mr. Sagar Prakash Kulkarni has been a tax consultant since 2014... and has over 9 years of experience in assisting MNCs and Indian companies and individuals in the fields of corporate accounting, taxation, statutory compliance.
He is passionate about teaching and has trained several graduates in the fields of accounts and soft skills. He has also taught Corporate Law and Business Laws at the CA Intermediate Level. He also has been serving as the consultant for liaising and drafting for the Karnataka Sponge Iron Manufacturers Association since 2016.
Along with his partner CA Hari P S, he co-founded Illumine Career Centre Private Limited in 2018 which is into soft-skills training and HR consultancy services. He also sits on the board of Hillspeak Internet Private Limited which is an ed tech start up based out of Ballari providing services under the brand of Revisewell Learner App.
He is also a co-founder and partner in Artha Corporate Services Private Limited
